House Of Falcon is committed to compliance with the applicable provisions of India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules, including the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code. This policy outlines how we operate as a responsible intermediary and digital service provider.

1. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

As per the IT Rules 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any complaints or concerns regarding content or services on our platform.

  • Traffic data and user records for a minimum of 180 days.

  • Additional retention if mandated by law enforcement authorities.

5. Compliance Reporting

House of Falcon complies with all reporting requirements under the IT Act and associated rules, including:

  • Submission of monthly compliance reports for grievances and actions taken.

  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies, subject to due process.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Digital Services Act Compliance Policy to reflect changes in laws or our services. Updated policies will be made available on this page.
